Work with stakeholders to identify workflows, rapidly prototype using AI-assisted tools, design prompts and agent workflows, validate with users, iterate, document handoffs, and partner with engineering to productionize high-impact internal tooling.

Lead creative strategy and execution for paid social and e-commerce campaigns, oversee creative guidelines and AI-driven ad production, optimize creatives via A/B testing and performance data, collaborate with media, analytics, and product teams, set KPIs, and report on creative impact to drive ROAS and conversions.

Own and drive web product initiatives for PlanetArt's ecommerce sites from ideation through launch and optimization. Use data, experimentation (A/B testing), and customer insights to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue. Define requirements, timelines, and success metrics; coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Marketing, Creative, Content, Analytics); manage releases and documentation in Confluence and Jira; and balance customer experience, technical feasibility, scalability, and business goals. Hybrid role based in Calabasas.
