Own and drive web product initiatives for PlanetArt's ecommerce sites from ideation through launch and optimization. Use data, experimentation (A/B testing), and customer insights to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue. Define requirements, timelines, and success metrics; coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Marketing, Creative, Content, Analytics); manage releases and documentation in Confluence and Jira; and balance customer experience, technical feasibility, scalability, and business goals. Hybrid role based in Calabasas.

Lead full-stack engineering for LAMP-based ecommerce platform, manage AWS infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor team members in a high-traffic environment.

Build AI-powered internal tools, prototypes, automations, and lightweight full-stack apps. Work with stakeholders to identify workflows, rapidly prototype using AI-assisted tools, design prompts and agent workflows, validate with users, iterate, document handoffs, and partner with engineering to productionize high-impact internal tooling.
