Partner with hiring managers (including Director/VPs), build candidate relationships, represent the employer brand, become product/market-savvy, and support People team projects and administrative tasks.

Pre-sales technical role that delivers bespoke demos, POCs, and data validations for strategic accounts. Collaborates with Sales on account strategy, translates discovery into ROI narratives, enables post-sale customer success, and informs product roadmap priorities.

Build and own the internal AI agent and integration platform: design and deploy agentic workflows, MCP servers and connectors, OAuth/credential management, Databricks BI pipelines, usage tracking, and platform infrastructure. Partner with R&D, AI Enablement, and business teams to triage requests, define standards, and productionize autonomous workflows securely and cost-effectively.
