Supports daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, month-end close, sales and use tax filings, expense reports, credit card administration, fixed assets, accounts payable, vendor inquiries, and general ledger analysis. Ensures accurate financial records, GAAP compliance, timely discrepancy resolution, and adherence to internal policies while supporting the Accounting Manager and Controller.

Directs West Coast sales for contemporary apparel brands, developing growth strategies and distribution plans across department stores, e-commerce, and specialty retailers. Leads and mentors a high-performing sales team while managing a personal book of business. Builds relationships with major and specialty retailers, drives new business development, and collaborates with sales, merchandising, operations, and finance teams.

The Senior Account Executive will manage key accounts in women's apparel, work on sales strategies, and achieve monthly sales goals while overseeing team efforts in trade shows and advertising.
