Coordinate timelines, client requirements, billing, order entry, operational workflows, capacity planning, reporting, and corrective actions. Manage digital video and audio delivery projects from client order through completion for major digital storefronts. Coordinate timelines, client specifications, billing, order entry, capacity planning, reporting, corrective actions, and workflow improvements. Build client relationships, resolve issues, document processes, monitor production milestones, and collaborate with operational, technology, and administrative teams to ensure accurate, high-quality, on-time delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Coordinate dubbing and localization project assets and tasks, liaise between internal teams and clients, track schedules, report status, maintain project documentation, perform data entry, and escalate issues to Project Managers.

Manage payroll processing (bi-weekly), perform compensation analysis and salary benchmarking, conduct equity and compliance analyses, clean and analyze ATS/payroll data, develop HR dashboards and KPIs, support merit increases, reconcile benefits billing, prepare payroll reports, and advise HR leaders on workforce metrics and process improvements.

Manage localization production and asset delivery (scripting, subtitling, dubbing) across global markets. Oversee projects from order to delivery, maintain client relationships, ensure billing and data accuracy, drive process improvements, use dashboards and metrics, support capacity planning and corrective actions, and document training materials.
