Lead design and productionization of decisioning systems that impact pricing, offers, routing, and economics. Build models, heuristics, optimization logic, and evaluation frameworks. Lead design and build of greenfield ERP and Salesforce integrations, own money-movement and payment logic, make architectural decisions, write production backend code, document standards, and act as a hands-on technical lead shaping team and systems.

Design and own clinical data extraction architecture and document intelligence pipelines to ingest, parse, normalize, and enrich unstructured and structured healthcare data at scale. Build resilient ingestion and extraction services, establish data quality standards, influence cross-functional technical strategy, and mentor engineers to improve clinical data availability for product and analytics.

Build new AI-enabled product experiences from 0 to 1 with a backend-heavy focus: design APIs, backend systems, data flows, integrations, and React frontends. Prototype rapidly, harden working solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, use AI in development, and own product-quality through testing and instrumentation.

Lead end-to-end client implementations from sales handoff to go-live. Manage client relationships, timelines, integrations, configurations, data setup, and cross-functional coordination. Build scalable playbooks, automate processes, track metrics, and ensure clients are launch-ready with training and documentation. Continuously improve time-to-go-live and operational efficiency.

Build, deploy, and optimize production AI/ML and LLM-driven decisioning systems for claim offer generation and negotiation. Own end-to-end model development, evaluation, experimentation, and operational reliability while balancing fairness, business objectives, and product requirements.

Build and own core AI platform infrastructure: Agent SDK, observability, experimentation/evaluation systems, internal AI tooling, developer ergonomics, release processes, and operational dashboards to enable reliable, observable, and reusable AI across the company.

Build and lead the Partner Client Success function for RCM channel partners; own strategic partner relationships, QBRs, escalation processes, partner health metrics, product feedback loop, and expansion in partnership with Sales.
