Lead Pirros' revenue strategy and sales organization to scale new customer acquisition and ARR. Build repeatable sales processes, coach and manage the sales and BD teams, own forecasting, pipeline, deal execution and strategic accounts, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive growth and expansion.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads via cold calls, email, and social selling. Qualify and log opportunities, secure meetings, hit lead targets, and collaborate with Sales to grow pipeline using CRM and sales enablement tools.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications. Own features end-to-end, write well-tested high-quality code, improve performance and reliability, debug production issues, and contribute to architecture decisions.
