Provide clinical leadership and supervision for treatment staff, ensure regulatory and CARF compliance, deliver training, review documentation, evaluate clinical programs, maintain confidentiality, network with referral sources, and carry a caseload as needed.

Leads the national grants portfolio from opportunity identification through application, award management, compliance, reporting, and closeout. Builds and manages grant-writing teams, aligns funding strategy with organizational growth, evaluates opportunities, and reports portfolio performance. Supports business development through field leadership, referral-source analysis, Salesforce tracking, dashboards, coaching, and market expansion. Requires strong grant, financial, analytical, writing, and leadership capabilities, along with independent travel.
