Own end-to-end renewals for a complex SaaS/on-prem portfolio: engage customers and resellers, maximize renewal value and on-time rates, mitigate churn with save plans, execute negotiations and proposals, maintain Salesforce forecasts, collaborate with Sales/Customer Success/Legal/Finance, and mentor junior renewal staff.

Serve as a senior technical customer advocate owning onboarding, adoption, incident management, and strategic success plans for enterprise customers. Analyze usage and risks, advise on IAM and cloud architectures, lead complex technical issues, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive value realization and executive-level relationships.

The Global VP & GM, Partner Ecosystem will lead the strategy and execution of Ping Identity's global partner ecosystem, focusing on building alliances to drive growth and enhance product synergy.
