Gather market and customer input, define technical requirements, prioritize roadmap and backlog, and work with engineering, design, sales, and GTM to build, launch, and refine features that secure agentic AI. Enable sales and partners, perform market analysis, and leverage AI tools to improve product management workflows.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping's Orchestration SDKs across web, mobile, and hybrid frameworks. Improve developer experience by delivering SDKs, APIs, docs, sample apps, and AI-agent-friendly tooling; gather developer feedback, prioritize backlog, measure adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally from concept to release.
