Own strategic planning, analytics, process optimization, technology administration, and enablement for Ping Identity’s global SDR organization. Build Salesforce dashboards, analyze productivity and pipeline metrics, optimize lead routing and territory management, improve the SDR technology stack, support compensation planning, and drive cross-functional alignment among Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Lead AI pilots, create scalable processes and documentation, and provide performance insights and recommendations to leadership.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Orchestration SDK across web, iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms. Improve developer experience through intuitive APIs, documentation, sample applications, and integration tooling. Partner with engineering, product, documentation, and developer relations teams; gather customer and community feedback; prioritize backlogs; define adoption and integration metrics; evangelize SDK capabilities; and incorporate AI-agent workflows and evolving identity standards.

Leads Ping Identity’s global commercial legal function, overseeing attorneys and contract professionals handling complex SaaS, software, services, partnership, and strategic alliance transactions. Negotiates high-value agreements, improves contracting processes and tools, manages legal risk, supports global commercial initiatives, and partners with senior business and legal stakeholders. Develops a hybrid international team and applies generative AI and scalable contracting frameworks to improve productivity and accelerate sales cycles.
