Serves as the senior technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, owning technical relationships, architecture reviews, adoption, health assessments, escalations, root-cause analysis, and executive briefings. Partners with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to drive outcomes, retention, and expansion. Creates scalable documentation and enablement while mentoring TAMs and support engineers. Requires strong enterprise integration, API, cloud, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional leadership experience.

Leads the global People Operations function, including UKG Ready optimization, HRIS integrations, payroll, benefits, immigration, compliance, audits, SOPs, reporting, and compliance training. Partners with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and HRBPs while managing and developing the HR Operations team. Builds scalable infrastructure, improves data accuracy, automates workflows, supports international programs, and ensures regulatory and customer audit readiness.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Finance to own GTM financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. Build driver-based models, ROI and customer-economics analyses, and automate reporting and data reconciliation to inform GTM investment, hiring, pricing, and partner strategies. Provide decision support and present insights to executives.
