Supervise and mentor administrative assistants, manage staffing, workloads, performance, recruiting and onboarding. Oversee timekeeping, expense reconciliation, systems adoption (Workday, Concur, CRM, Readsoft), policy development, stakeholder communication, and occasional hands-on administrative support. Drive process improvements, team-building, and operational transformation.

Develop and execute consultant coverage strategies across large consulting firms to drive DC AUM growth. Influence consultant recommendations, build pipeline from early influence to funded wins, provide market and competitor intelligence, partner cross-functionally to deliver DC solutions, represent PIMCO at industry events, and travel as needed to support consultant and client engagement.
