Own the partner lifecycle from qualification and onboarding through technical activation, engagement, field participation, storytelling, health reviews, and offboarding. Build and maintain the partner system of record, coordinate Engineering and other internal teams, develop engagement programs, support integrations and deployments, coordinate approved co-marketing, and track ecosystem health metrics. The role requires strong program operations, relationship management, technical literacy, cross-functional communication, and periodic travel.

Create and extend Picogrid’s visual brand across digital and physical surfaces, including presentations, technical diagrams, documents, hardware, and merchandise. Develop brand standards, templates, reusable tools, and AI-assisted workflows that help teams produce consistent work. Maintain brand assets, scale recurring production, support marketing campaigns, train teammates, and drive adoption across Marketing, Engineering, and Business Development.

Own the company’s financial operating system, including planning, forecasting, KPI reporting, financial modeling, board and investor materials, and strategic analyses. Partner with leadership on resource allocation, production economics, capital strategy, hiring, and growth initiatives. Improve finance systems and workflows through automation and AI while translating complex operational and financial information into actionable recommendations.
