Owner of production reliability across cloud and edge: define and drive SLIs/SLOs, build observability (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki/OpenTelemetry), participate in on-call and incident response, encode reliability in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu), manage Kubernetes clusters, AWS hardening, HA databases, and oversee IoT/edge device fleet operations.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for hardware, software, systems, and field roles. Partner with engineering leadership to define needs, design scalable hiring processes, source and close candidates, build talent pipelines, and track hiring metrics to optimize recruitment.

Lead and build Picogrid's software engineering function: architect and implement backend distributed systems, real-time geospatial UIs, hardware-software integration, and operator C2 products; define engineering processes and CI/CD; hire and mentor engineers; deliver production-grade, high-reliability software for mission-critical, edge-deployed systems.
