The Lead Designer, Brand & Growth will lead creative design efforts to enhance brand identity and drive growth through web and lifecycle design, collaborating with Marketing and Product teams.

Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Partner with leadership to set goals, develop KPIs, analyze data, produce executive presentations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive special strategic projects to improve operational efficiency and growth.
