Define business and technical requirements, evaluate third-party systems, set roadmaps, KPIs, and SLAs, drive cross-functional work with Engineering, Ops, Design, and Commercial, lead discovery and user research, mentor product team members, and deliver scalable platform capabilities for pharmacy, EHR, payer, and provider integrations.
