Lead complex client-facing AI and data programs from strategy through delivery, coordinating multi-geo teams and partners. Own roadmaps, budgets, margins, risks, escalations, client relationships, and measurable business outcomes. Partner with technical leaders, provide executive reporting, identify account expansion opportunities, and coach project managers and consultants. The role requires strong program management experience in consulting or professional services, familiarity with modern data and AI platforms, and willingness to travel up to 50% per month.

Leads client discovery and advisory engagements to identify high-value AI and data opportunities, frame business problems, define MVPs, quantify value, and guide prototyping and scale readiness. Builds executive relationships, facilitates workshops, translates between business and technical teams, and partners with technologists to deliver measurable outcomes and adoption-ready solutions.

Designs and evolves enterprise architecture supporting Finance, HR, Revenue Operations, and IT systems. Leads requirements discovery, process mapping, solution design, integrations, implementation, testing, data quality, governance, security, and platform optimization. Partners with technical and business stakeholders on cloud transformation, AI, automation, vendor evaluation, and modernization initiatives while providing architectural guidance and mentorship.
