Lead identification, evaluation, and prioritization of external drug candidates, platforms, and partnerships to accelerate preclinical and early clinical development. Advise senior leaders, drive strategic alignment across P&TS and Discovery Network, evaluate computational and AI-enabled technologies, guide diligence and portfolio decisions, and champion innovation to advance Pfizer’s research pipeline.

Lead development and implementation of Medical Insights strategy and processes across Medical Affairs. Prioritize insights use cases, translate business needs into data/functional requirements, evaluate AI and analytics solutions, embed insights into medical decision-making, monitor impact, enable adoption of insights platforms, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive value and evidence generation.

Provide clinical development leadership for the atirmociclib breast oncology program: medical monitoring, eligibility and safety review, investigator interactions, regulatory and clinical trial document development, and cross-functional strategic input. Serve as clinical lead on subteams, represent company externally, interpret clinical data, and advise on development strategies and regulatory submissions.
