Manage tax accounting, compliance, reporting, and planning across real estate funds, joint ventures, properties, and management companies. Review tax returns, workpapers, projections, K-1 estimates, tax provisions, and partnership allocations; maintain 704(b) and tax capital accounts; oversee REIT and Opportunity Zone compliance; develop tax waterfall models; respond to notices; and coordinate with investors, CPA firms, property managers, and internal teams.

The Fund Accounting Manager oversees private equity fund accounting and client service, managing relationships and ensuring accurate reporting, fee calculations, and audits while leading the team and improving processes.
