Assists project managers and superintendents with luxury residential construction projects. Responsibilities include bidding, estimating, budgeting, schedules, RFIs, subcontractor and purchase order management, shop drawings, change orders, billing review, risk forecasting, submittals, and procurement. The role coordinates with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams while managing project documentation and supporting quality and contractual risk management.

Assists project managers and superintendents with luxury residential construction projects, including bidding, estimating, budgeting, schedules, RFIs, subcontractors, purchase orders, shop drawings, change orders, billing, risk management, forecasting, submittals, and procurement. Communicates with owners, architects, subcontractors, and office teams while managing project documentation and supporting quality and contractual risk controls. Regularly visits job sites and works in the office.

Manages high-end residential construction projects from bidding through completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, billing, estimating, RFIs, subcontractor and purchase order management, shop drawings, change orders, procurement, risk forecasting, safety, documentation, and contractual oversight. The role coordinates owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, assistant project managers, and office teams while ensuring quality and project success.
