Serve as the owner's representative, mentor project teams, coordinate cross‑functional and EPC/EPCM partners, and drive continuous improvement and operational readiness.

Senior leader responsible for directing mega-capital life sciences projects (> $200M TIC) from concept through operations. Provide strategic governance, risk mitigation, financial oversight, cross-functional integration (engineering, quality, regulatory), and mentor project teams. Ensure compliance with GMP/FDA/ISO/EHS standards, lead portfolio planning, and drive operational readiness, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across multi-geography programs.
