The role develops automation offerings using ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, AI-enabled automation, workflow orchestration, and low-code platforms while supporting pipeline growth, revenue expansion, market development, and business transformation initiatives.

Support and optimize Salesforce by gathering requirements, documenting user stories and processes, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams, testing releases, preparing release notes, and resolving ServiceNow support tickets. The role supports UAT, post-release validation, sprint planning, and process improvements. It requires onsite work in Irvine, California, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening release support.
