Leads growth, go-to-market execution, strategic sales support, alliance engagement, solution commercialization, and client advisory efforts for a Process Automation consulting practice. The role develops automation offerings using ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, AI-enabled automation, workflow orchestration, and low-code platforms while supporting pipeline growth, revenue expansion, market development, and business transformation initiatives.

Develops employee and leadership communications supporting newly acquired-company onboarding and organizational transitions. Translates complex business processes, system changes, timelines, and employee impacts into clear announcements, FAQs, presentations, talking points, and transition materials. Collaborates with onboarding teams, functional leaders, subject matter experts, Learning and Development, Corporate Communications, and Marketing while managing multiple deliverables and adapting messaging for varied audiences.

Owns the architecture and design authority for enterprise data migrations from Oracle ATG to commerce platforms. Defines source-to-target mappings, migration versus federation decisions, reconciliation, phased regional cutovers, rollback, and data correctness standards. Reviews delivery-team and AI-assisted outputs, defends designs with clients, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders. The role requires expertise in Oracle and SAP ECC data structures, commerce object modeling, stakeholder management, and AI capabilities.
