Leads business development and growth for U.S. Space Force accounts, creating strategic account plans, developing pipelines, shaping acquisition strategies, managing major pursuits, and achieving revenue targets. Builds relationships with Air Force and Space Force customers, teaming partners, and industry stakeholders. Partners with technical and program teams on RFIs, white papers, presentations, demonstrations, and proposals. Requires extensive space operations expertise, senior-level customer relationships, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Manages and grows a software engineering team while remaining hands-on in architecture, development, integration, and troubleshooting. Leads cloud-native AWS platform services, microservices, APIs, backend Python development, frontend components, authentication, databases, CI/CD, deployment, and production support. Collaborates with systems engineering, MBSE, cybersecurity, test, DevSecOps, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable satellite communications software and mitigate technical risks.

Provides second-tier IT technical support for the City of Irvine and Police Department. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, communications, Microsoft technologies, conferencing platforms, and enterprise systems; configuring and installing technical equipment; maintaining trouble logs; training users; supporting asset management and equipment deployment; and partnering with engineers to reduce recurring incidents. The role is fully onsite, requires rotating shifts, frequent customer-site travel, physical equipment handling, and successful background and polygraph checks.
