Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, communications, Microsoft technologies, conferencing platforms, and enterprise systems; configuring and installing technical equipment; maintaining trouble logs; training users; supporting asset management and equipment deployment; and partnering with engineers to reduce recurring incidents. The role is fully onsite, requires rotating shifts, frequent customer-site travel, physical equipment handling, and successful background and polygraph checks.

Develops secure, scalable full-stack software for satellite ground communications and data transport. Supports digital-twin and MBSE initiatives for U.S. Government space communications programs. Requires MBSE expertise, Cameo Systems Modeler experience, systems engineering lifecycle knowledge, and an active Top Secret clearance with upgrade eligibility to TS/SCI.

Performs compatibility and re-verification testing of spacecraft and subsystems across Deep Space Network facilities. Develops test procedures, troubleshoots and evaluates hardware, configures software, maintains and calibrates station equipment, processes MIDAS packages, and supports customers during development and testing. Requires work across day and swing shifts and travel to remote testing locations.

Supports and troubleshoots controls assemblies across NASA Deep Space Network facilities and antenna subsystems. Diagnoses ladder logic, PLC programs, HMIs, wiring, communications, sensors, and electromechanical systems; supports repair and replacement projects, design reviews, commissioning, configuration management, obsolescence tracking, vendor coordination, cost studies, engineering change management, and cybersecurity requirements. Provides technical guidance to operations personnel and travels occasionally for commissioning activities.

Supports NASA/JPL Deep Space Network microwave and transmitter systems through troubleshooting, sustaining engineering, failure analysis, performance trending, acceptance testing, equipment replacement, spares planning, and vendor coordination. The role includes field support at domestic and international antenna sites, design reviews, technical reporting, presentations, and frequent travel, including occasional nights and weekends.

Lead Peraton’s Federal EHR deployment for the Armed Forces Retirement Home across Washington, DC, and Gulfport. Own program strategy, government and contractor coordination, WBS and IMS management, PWS development, contract alignment, deliverables, milestones, risks, and acceptance criteria. Oversee deployment from planning through configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization while representing Peraton in government reviews. Ensure performance outcomes, regulatory requirements, and patient-care continuity across both campuses.

Leads the architecture and execution of migrating clinical, dental, pharmacy, and administrative data from more than ten legacy systems into MHS GENESIS. Responsibilities include source analysis, canonical data modeling, source-to-target mapping, ETL architecture, reconciliation, data-quality frameworks, cutover sequencing, tooling standards, team leadership, and production of migration artifacts for government review.

Own automated QA and test automation across Agile sprints, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Manage test documentation, requirements traceability, defect triage, accessibility compliance, performance testing, IV&V, release readiness, and DevSecOps quality gates. Mentor junior engineers and report quality metrics to program and Government stakeholders.

Owns production and submission of CDRL deliverables for a federal deployment program. Interprets DIDs and DD-1423 requirements, coordinates technical contributors, authors and edits program documentation, manages review cycles and version control, maintains deliverable tracking, and supports compliance activities. Produces SOPs, run-books, configuration guides, and after-action reports while ensuring documents meet government standards and accessibility expectations.

Supports fraud investigators and auditors by organizing caseloads, analyzing healthcare claims and records, researching alleged violations, examining evidence, preparing reports and correspondence, and helping develop cases involving fraud, waste, abuse, and overpayments. The role requires confidentiality with health privacy information, regulatory interpretation, collaboration with investigators and agencies, and accurate case documentation. Telework is available from the Eastern Time Zone, with possible overnight travel.

Monitors and investigates security alerts, performs threat hunting, analyzes logs and network traffic, conducts forensic investigations, and supports incident response. The analyst develops Splunk queries, improves SOC monitoring and procedures, documents incidents, advises management, and mentors junior staff. The role also supports security projects, risk mitigation, configuration standards, and operational enhancements while working an overnight schedule.

Conduct independent verification and validation of deployment readiness across configuration, data, interfaces, cybersecurity, and training workstreams. Produce readiness assessments, scorecards, and supporting evidence; review integrated master schedules, risk registers, test results, and runbooks; present findings to program and government leadership; and collaborate with risk and quality management on cross-cutting issues.

Design and implement AFRH’s DOD MP-ICAM identity integration, including CAC/PIV authentication, SAML/OAuth federation, directory synchronization, PKI certificate lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and privileged-access workflows. Partner with cybersecurity, ATO, and MDIO teams on identity controls and author identity architecture documentation for government delivery. The position requires federal identity-platform experience, citizenship, background investigation clearance, and substantial identity engineering experience.

Owns the integrated risk register and quality management framework for a federal healthcare IT deployment. Responsibilities include identifying and scoring risks, defining audit cadence, chairing cross-workstream reviews, producing dashboards for program and government stakeholders, coordinating with readiness and IV&V teams, and driving corrective-action closure. The role requires expertise in CMMI or ISO 9001 quality systems, quantitative risk analysis, federal reporting, and healthcare IT programs.

Leads day-to-day execution of deployment workstreams, managing scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, quality, and status reporting. Coordinates with Government functional leads and matrixed technical teams, maintains integrated master schedules, chairs status meetings, supports deliverables, and escalates issues under the AFRH Program Manager. Requires Federal IT or healthcare IT project delivery experience, U.S. citizenship, and facility access/background investigation clearance.
