Produces and edits short-form videos for PEOPLE’s social media and app, including verticalized long-form features, teasers, trailers, interviews, and social series. Collaborates with reporters, editors, content creators, designers, and video teams to deliver compelling content on tight deadlines. Occasionally shoots video at live events and on location, operates cameras, and supports lighting and audio setup. Balances multiple projects according to business priorities and the news cycle.

Develop and grow media and entertainment advertising partnerships, manage a $2M+ book of business, build client and agency relationships, identify revenue opportunities, respond to RFPs, close deals, maintain pipelines and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams on custom media programs. The role requires regular client meetings, strategic account planning, category expertise, and approximately 10% travel. It is hybrid in Los Angeles with three in-office days per week.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build scalable AI/ML backend systems, develop data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ML-driven features while ensuring system performance and documentation.
