Create consumer-focused swimwear designs from concept to commercialization. Research trends and materials, produce technical sketches/CADs, maintain PLM/BOM data, support fit sessions and testing, collaborate cross-functionally, prepare presentations, and mentor junior designers to deliver commercially viable, performance-driven products.

Support global product strategy and merchandising for swimwear softgoods by executing line plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, updating PLM (DeSL), conducting trend and competitor research, preparing GTM/sales materials, managing sample ordering, and assisting pricing and PLM workflow improvements to meet revenue and launch timelines.

Lead end-to-end development of swimwear and softgoods, translating design into manufacturable products. Manage PLM data, BOMs, approvals, supplier relationships, timelines, cost, quality, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seasonal launches.
