Manage sales and operations for local and national transportation customers. Responsibilities include developing customer solutions, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, managing vehicle inventory, balancing fleet productivity and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The trainee completes a 6–9-month training period with advancement opportunities and must drive company vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck, while meeting DOT safety and attendance requirements.

Participate in a structured sales and operations management training program. Develop customer solutions, generate leads, manage vehicle fleet inventory, balance productivity and profitability, foster customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires driving Penske vehicles, including 26-foot box trucks, maintaining DOT compliance, working a fixed day-shift schedule, and traveling locally within the district as needed.
