Lead day-to-day logistics operations and supervise hourly workforce and drivers. Oversee dispatch, loading/unloading, cross-dock, customer service, scheduling, safety, productivity, and cost control. Hire and coach associates, ensure regulatory compliance (DOT), manage fleet utilization, complete reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Drive a Shop Equipment & Tooling Support (SETS) truck to inspect, perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on shop equipment and tools across Penske service facilities. Complete digital inspections, report inventory and repair needs, assist with training, and recommend process and tooling improvements while collaborating with technicians and supervisors.

Manage fleet inventory and customer relationships, generate new business, ensure customer satisfaction, and complete DOT-regulated driving and safety requirements while progressing through a 6–9 month management training program with advancement opportunities.

Supervise daily supply chain and logistics operations including transportation planning, scheduling, dispatch and customer relations. Manage workforce and equipment scheduling, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, optimize routes and costs, train and counsel associates, support continuous improvement, and provide operational reporting and relief coverage.

Trainee will learn and perform sales and operations tasks including developing customer solutions, managing vehicle fleet productivity, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving Penske vehicles, and completing DOT-regulated driver qualification and training. Role includes weekend/holiday work and advancement after a 6-9 month training period.

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on diesel and gas vehicles, assist with diagnostics, complete DOT-regulated inspections, and learn skills through Penske training under supervision.

Perform preventative maintenance and major/minor repairs on truck and trailer equipment, diagnose engines/transmissions/differentials, perform road tests, maintain safe and clean work areas, use Penske tools and diagnostics to log repairs, mentor others, complete assigned projects, comply with DOT/OSHA safety rules, and participate in required training.

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, parts replacement and basic repairs on heavy-duty trucks, tractors and trailers. Follow DOT and OSHA safety rules, maintain driver qualification files, complete service and parts orders using computers, and meet physical demands including lifting, climbing and working outdoors. Participate in training and adhere to Penske maintenance procedures.

Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.
