The Digital Sales Consultant manages sales generated by referrals and guest inquiries, builds strong customer relationships, and conducts sales through email, telephone, and in-person appointments. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, follow-through, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Consultants must obtain or possess valid California occupational sales and driver’s licenses and safely operate vehicles as needed.

Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, test drives, negotiations, financing options, and contract completion. Build strong customer relationships, maintain sales activity in CRM software, meet monthly quotas, provide transparent information, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires vehicle product knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, flexible scheduling, a high school diploma, an occupational sales license, and a California driver's license.
