Administer and optimize Tekion and other dealership systems, including user security, permissions, configurations, reporting, hardware, automation, privacy compliance, and data integrity. The role requires 3–5 years of systems administration experience, advanced Excel skills, and travel of up to 25%.

Processes customer, internal, and warranty repair orders; verifies accuracy, codes labor operations and parts, interprets technician comments, and submits claims. Determines technician flagging rates and earned hours, supports billing, checks service histories for duplicate claims, and maintains current knowledge of warranty policies. Provides administrative support to the service department while delivering professional guest service and maintaining accurate records.

Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, test drives, negotiations, financing options, and contract completion. Build strong customer relationships, maintain sales activity in CRM software, meet monthly quotas, provide transparent information, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires vehicle product knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, flexible scheduling, a high school diploma, an occupational sales license, and a California driver's license.

Provides on-site security for a large automotive dealership campus. Responsibilities include patrolling property, securing doors and gates, monitoring access, responding to alarms and disturbances, documenting incidents, assisting guests and employees, enforcing site rules, and performing administrative tasks. The role requires overnight availability, professional communication, sound judgment, physical stamina, and a valid California driver’s license.
