Entry-level trainee responsible for developing customer solutions, generating business leads, managing vehicle inventory, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes training across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology, with required driving of Penske vehicles, DOT compliance, travel within the district, and completion of background and drug screenings.

Supervise daily supply chain and logistics operations including driver deliveries, loading/unloading, cross-docking, dispatch, and customer service. Lead, hire, coach, and discipline hourly associates; manage workforce and equipment scheduling. Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, costs, and safety compliance. Support continuous improvement, load planning, and customer meetings; perform reporting and relief coverage as needed.

Hire, train, and manage hourly associates; monitor attendance, productivity, safety, and performance.
