The Sales BDC Representative communicates with customers by phone, in person, and through other channels; processes and organizes data for management analysis; follows workplace procedures; calculates discounts, commissions, percentages, and related figures; and supports positive customer and employee interactions. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, prolonged sitting, repetitive motion, and occasional outdoor customer interactions.

Sells vehicles and supports customers throughout the automotive dealership sales process. The role involves establishing sales goals, communicating with customers, complying with automotive sales regulations, processing sales-related data, and working varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees must stand and walk frequently, work indoors and outdoors, and safely drive vehicles.

Requires standing, walking, occasional vehicle driving, flexible evening/weekend/holiday scheduling, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and an active sales license where applicable.
