Provide customer response and order management for the Account Development Team: handle pricing, delivery, order entry, expediting, backlog resolution, quotes and large bids, customer complaints/returns, and coordinate with sales, management, compliance, and corporate teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Develop and grow customer accounts within Southern California through prospecting, relationship management, quoting, and coordination with internal teams. Use CRM and ERP tools to monitor account performance, meet sales budgets, manage bids/quotes, resolve order issues, and provide field coverage to increase revenue and market share.

Drive territory sales growth by prospecting OEM and cable assembly accounts, building relationships, using NetSuite CRM for data-driven selling, executing regional strategies, and meeting revenue targets. Provide account updates, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain a healthy pipeline, and stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
