Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build sourcing strategies, manage pipelines in Rippling ATS, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Track recruiting metrics, support offers, contribute to employer branding, and recruit across go-to-market, product, engineering, customer success, finance, operations, and legal teams.

Own PatientFi’s expansion into new healthcare verticals through end-to-end go-to-market strategy, multi-channel campaigns, provider acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Develop launch plans, negotiate partner agreements, manage co-marketing programs, analyze performance, and present recommendations to leadership. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations while identifying growth opportunities and scaling successful pilots.

Prospect, qualify, and close elective medical practices on PatientFi’s financing and membership offerings. Build relationships with healthcare practices and industry partners, onboard new accounts, support platform adoption, manage CRM activity, respond to inquiries, provide market feedback, and travel extensively throughout the assigned Northeast territory and to industry conferences.
