Design, prototype, and integrate generative AI solutions and agents across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and optimize AI workflows, educate developers, and engage with the enterprise systems management community through webinars and content.

Support Customer Success with Salesforce data hygiene, inbound chat triage, account and opportunity cleanup, invoice and form support, account assignments, and process documentation to improve data quality and operational efficiency during a 3-6 month contract.
