Build and certify AI-driven customer integrations from discovery through sign-off. Responsibilities include solution design, agent and MCP development, data integration, automated verification, security guardrails, testing, observability, customer security reviews, documentation, and productizing recurring solutions. The role also contributes to the core platform and internal agentic tooling while independently managing client engagements.

The Financial Controller will lead technical accounting, financial reporting, tax provision, audit readiness, revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, internal controls, and monthly close activities. This hands-on player-coach will supervise the accounting team, advise executives, support systems implementations, and implement AI and automation across finance workflows. The role requires preparing the company for its first financial statement audit and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, and ASC 740.

Acquire and activate new aviation marketplace sellers through outbound prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, enrollment, and inventory upload. Manage opportunities in the CRM, maintain pipeline and forecasts, achieve qualifying-deal targets, resolve onboarding barriers, and provide customer and market feedback. Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve seller activation and time-to-value.
