Lead and grow Parsons' Rail Systems practice in the US West, manage large rail transit projects (> $500M), direct design/integration of signaling, traction power, communications and SCADA, drive pursuits and proposals, mentor teams, ensure systems engineering, safety certification, testing and successful project delivery.

Leads mechanical engineering design for wastewater treatment and water infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include designing piping, reclaimed water, pumping, HVAC, chemical storage, and treatment systems; conducting hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing; reviewing specifications and QA/QC; leading project teams; mentoring staff; supporting construction; and developing operation and maintenance plans. Requires a California PE license, mechanical engineering degree, AutoCAD and Revit proficiency, and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Lead multimodal transportation planning projects across Southern California, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, support business development and proposals, and coordinate planning, engineering, environmental, and engagement efforts to deliver corridor plans, mobility studies, and implementation strategies for public agencies and stakeholders.
