Lead and grow Parsons' Rail Systems practice in the US West, manage large rail transit projects (> $500M), direct design/integration of signaling, traction power, communications and SCADA, drive pursuits and proposals, mentor teams, ensure systems engineering, safety certification, testing and successful project delivery.

Lead and manage design delivery for large wastewater projects ($25M–$150M), drive business development, prepare proposals, coordinate stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance (Title 22, biosolids), and mentor project teams while supporting technical design of conventional and advanced liquid and biosolids treatment systems.
