Lead and manage design delivery for large wastewater projects ($25M–$150M), drive business development, prepare proposals, coordinate stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance (Title 22, biosolids), and mentor project teams while supporting technical design of conventional and advanced liquid and biosolids treatment systems.

Lead and expand Parsons' California municipal wastewater design practice. Win and manage large wastewater treatment plant design projects, strengthen client relationships, recruit and mentor technical staff, oversee project delivery, and drive profitable business development leveraging advanced treatment technologies.

Lead mechanical design for wastewater treatment facilities including piping, reclaimed water, lift stations, and pumping systems. Produce specifications and drawings, perform QA/QC, hydraulic calculations, pump/motor sizing, support construction, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Develop and maintain data-centric P&IDs using SmartPlant P&ID or Autodesk Plant tools; enforce tagging, symbology, and data integrity; integrate with SPF/Vault/BIM 360; perform QA/QC, support interdisciplinary coordination, design reviews, HAZOPs, and train staff on the SmartPlant P&ID platform.

Perform corporate treasury activities including cash management, liquidity and cash flow modeling, counterparty credit risk analysis, daily cash support, foreign currency exposure and hedging analysis, trade finance administration, and ad hoc financial and project reporting.

Lead and oversee large-scale transportation programs in Southern California: set project structure and controls, develop budgets and schedules, assign and manage staff, represent the company to clients and subcontractors, ensure technical and commercial excellence, and deliver projects (including alternative delivery methods) with knowledge of Caltrans processes.

Lead and oversee multiple large-scale highway transportation projects in Southern California (supporting Caltrans). Manage project initiation, design documents, budgets, schedules, contract scopes/fees, quality control, client relations, and multidisciplinary teams for projects up to and exceeding $500M. Ensure compliance with Caltrans processes and Parsons project management certification requirements.

Lead and manage large-scale transportation programs in Southern California, overseeing budgets, schedules, staff, client and subcontractor relations, and technical/commercial delivery. Ensure program objectives, Caltrans compliance, alternative delivery methods, and successful execution of highway infrastructure projects exceeding $100M.

Lead spacecraft and launch integration activities, coordinate between customers, engineering, operations and project teams, manage technical requirements, support system-level testing, troubleshooting, mission execution, and perform hands-on operations as needed.

Support delivery of transmission, distribution, and grid modernization capital projects by coordinating schedules, costs, governance, reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and PMO-aligned documentation to help Project Managers deliver projects on time and on budget.

Serve as on-site CBRN Lead and site manager conducting detection operations, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining equipment and documentation, delivering training, producing SITREPs and AARs, supporting fleet and logistics, and traveling frequently to support deployments and special events.

Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of FAA electronic systems (NAVAIDs, communications, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow safety and FAA procedures, and support field site activities nationwide.
