Own and scale the Parkade Patroller Network and future growth initiatives: operationalize pilots into repeatable products, build team/roles, create automations and dashboards, partner with Sales/Success on GTM and pricing, manage third-party contractors, and expand program nationwide.

Manage full post-sales lifecycle for enterprise property management accounts (200+ units), drive adoption and revenue expansion, own retention and account health, run quarterly business reviews and success plans, surface customer feedback and product opportunities, and coordinate onboarding/implementation across multi-site portfolios. Some travel required.

As an Account Executive, you will prospect and sell directly to Property Managers, presenting Parkade's solutions and closing deals to support company growth.
