Senior technical support engineer responsible for implementing and migrating IBM i systems on IBM Power platforms, performing onsite installations, managing SAN/VTL/replication and LPAR tasks, providing SME input to presales, resolving escalations, coordinating with stakeholders for acceptance into service, and supporting operational governance within ITIL-aligned environments.

The Software Architect will oversee software development, enforce coding standards, mentor developers, and support production while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead development and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales solutions, build forms, workflows, plug-ins, integrations, and reusable code. Drive DevOps practices, perform code reviews, lead design/POC efforts, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and QA, support deployments and production troubleshooting.
