Own and develop SOLIDWORKS PDM and broader product lifecycle and manufacturing systems. Responsibilities include PDM administration, engineering release and change control, CAD and product data standards, PDM-to-Odoo integration, automation, user support, and evaluation of MES, quality, and traceability platforms. The role establishes configuration management processes spanning as-designed, as-planned, and as-built product data while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.

Own RFQs and purchase orders from request through delivery, manage supplier commitments, track inventory and open orders, evaluate supplier performance, and prevent shortages. Partner with engineering to forecast purchasing needs, maintain accurate procurement data in Odoo, and improve purchasing workflows. The role supports hardware production and offers opportunities to expand into strategic sourcing and supplier selection.

Support the CEO by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, communications, confidential information, and follow-ups. Oversee office operations, visitor coordination, internal systems, events, offsites, and space planning. Partner with leadership and the Chief of Staff on special projects while improving executive efficiency and workplace culture.
