Provides overnight supervision, safety monitoring, and emotional support for residential mental health clients. Conducts 15-minute safety checks, documents observations in the electronic health record, administers medications according to protocols, responds to client needs, escalates concerns, maintains professional boundaries, and performs light household and facility upkeep.

Manages utilization review and authorization activities for behavioral health services. Advises clinical teams on documentation and medical necessity, communicates treatment plans with insurers and healthcare partners, collaborates with admissions and billing, maintains utilization and performance databases, and conducts prospective, concurrent, and retrospective reviews.
