Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise freight brokerages, including prospecting, consultative discovery, tailored demos, forecasting, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline, achieve ARR targets, quantify ROI, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, and represent the company at conferences and webinars. The role requires freight brokerage expertise and preferably full-cycle SaaS sales experience.

Build and scale backend-focused systems supporting truckload freight operations, including high-volume carrier quotes, automated transactions, distributed services, and APIs. Design scalable data models and architectures, contribute across the React and TypeScript stack, make key technical decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product leadership. The role also involves developing AI-powered logistics tools and maintaining reliable, secure infrastructure on Kubernetes and GCP.

Architect, build, and scale Parade’s foundational platform infrastructure supporting high-volume logistics transactions and AI systems. Own Kubernetes, cloud, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, networking, security, and distributed asynchronous workloads. Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to improve reliability, scalability, automation, and developer velocity across a fully remote organization.
