Lead product strategy and operations for a B2B payments platform serving restaurants and convenience stores. Define roadmap, drive cross-sell, ensure platform reliability, manage risk/compliance and merchant relationships, optimize transaction costs, and build/scale product and operations teams.

Lead and build PAR's Revenue Operations function: design the revenue operating system, align Sales/Customer Success/Operations, own Salesforce and CPQ strategy, drive forecasting, pipeline governance, revenue intelligence, cross-functional transformations, and develop a high-performing RevOps team to improve revenue predictability and growth.

Own retailer onboarding and weekly scan-data submission health, serve as primary contact for retailers and CPG partners (Altria, RJR), publish weekly health dashboards, coordinate engineering and customer success, route and track issues to closure, and enforce ticket-based workflows.
