Provides bilingual virtual nursing triage and navigation through messaging, video, phone, and email. The role applies clinical triage protocols, documents in the EMR, coordinates labs, prescriptions, radiology, and other care needs, troubleshoots technology, and supports an effective telehealth experience. Applicants need at least two years of hospital RN experience, an active compact/multistate license, an ADN, and English-Spanish fluency.
