Design, build, and optimize AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines; troubleshoot production incidents; lead end-to-end infrastructure projects; establish deployment standards and operational procedures; mentor engineers; monitor observability, security, and access controls to reduce risk and improve developer productivity.

Lead strategic relationships for a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving adoption, growth, and escalation resolution across Pacvue and retail media platforms. Develop account plans, create scalable playbooks, translate client feedback to Product/Engineering, mentor peers, and deliver analytics-driven recommendations. Own end-to-end customer experience and improve processes to scale outcomes across markets and products.

The SVP of Product, Media will lead Pacvue's media product strategy, overseeing product direction, AI integration, and collaboration with diverse teams. This role focuses on managing customer engagement and driving business impact through media products while leading international teams and representing Pacvue in the market.
