The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for corporate retail roles, develops sourcing strategies, engages in campus initiatives, and ensures an excellent candidate experience.

Supports apparel product development by receiving, reviewing, distributing, filing, and tracking samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and production approvals. Coordinates with vendors to follow up on fit, PP, and TOP samples, updates WIP tracking, builds purchase orders, and collaborates cross-functionally. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; PLM experience is preferred.

Directs international and domestic inbound logistics, freight procurement, 3PL relationships, transportation visibility, and Customs trade compliance. Leads logistics and compliance teams, negotiates carrier agreements, manages inbound scheduling and performance KPIs, and develops strategies to improve cost, service, speed to market, and inventory productivity. Oversees U.S. import regulations, HTS classification, First Sale, duty drawback, C-TPAT, ISA, ACE reporting, documentation, audits, and regulatory relationships while mitigating company risk.
