Teams at PACS

Prepare and serve meals, set up and strip trays, operate and monitor dishwashing equipment, maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, stock groceries, prepare snacks, and assist cooks and supervisors.

Oversee dietary department operations in a long-term care facility: plan menus, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, manage budget and inventory, hire/train/supervise staff, coordinate with clinical teams, perform nutritional assessments, and maintain documentation and QA processes.

Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care setting: administer medications and treatments, monitor and document vital signs and resident conditions, assist with assessments and care planning, collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members, and ensure compliance with nursing regulations.
