Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in an assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales quotas via direct sales, account management, pipeline reporting, quotes/bidding, and product demonstrations (phone/webinars). Supports customer service issues, manages pricing accuracy, and collaborates with internal teams to retain and grow revenue while learning Owens & Minor products and competitive landscape.

The Senior Manager of Data Engineering will lead a team, manage data platforms, drive modernization, oversee budgets, and ensure data solutions are scalable and reliable.

Primary commercial leader for an assigned healthcare territory: manage customer P&Ls, develop account and territory strategies, build pipeline, pursue new business, expand products/services, own pricing within guardrails, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, achieve revenue and margin targets, retain key accounts. Requires extensive travel (80%) and a valid driver's license.
