Own solution design, configuration, integration, testing, migration, and continuous improvement for SAP Vistex across ECC and S/4HANA. Configure incentives, rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, pricing, accruals, settlements, agreements, and custom enhancements. Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, S/4HANA migration, compliance controls, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and consultant mentoring.

Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in an assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales quotas via direct sales, account management, pipeline reporting, quotes/bidding, and product demonstrations (phone/webinars). Supports customer service issues, manages pricing accuracy, and collaborates with internal teams to retain and grow revenue while learning Owens & Minor products and competitive landscape.

Leads the commercial Learning and Development function by setting strategy, governance, capability roadmaps, and development priorities. Oversees onboarding, sales effectiveness, product knowledge, leadership development, certification, and continuous learning programs. Manages the L&D team, budget, vendors, technologies, analytics, and performance measurement. Partners with commercial, sales, HR, marketing, and talent leaders to address capability gaps, improve workforce readiness, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business results across a geographically dispersed organization.

Lead identification, design, governance and scaling of enterprise GenAI solutions (Claude Enterprise). Translate business needs into secure, compliant AI architectures, coordinate IAM/security/data governance, enable platform integrations, and drive adoption, KPIs and repeatable solution patterns across functions.
