Design, build, and test avionics hardware (flight computers, power, sensors, comms) across architecture through flight. Support qualification testing (vibration, thermal, EMI/EMC), integration, troubleshooting, test procedures, and flight readiness for return vehicles.

Lead and scale Outpost's full software function, owning strategy, architecture, and execution across flight software, ground systems, and infrastructure. Build a high-performing engineering organization, establish best practices and release processes, partner with avionics and GN&C, and report metrics to executive leadership to ensure reliable system delivery.

The Director of Structures and Mechanisms leads the engineering team for structural systems in aerospace, ensuring flight readiness through design, analysis, and certification.
