Provides full-cycle recruiting support for 15+ concurrent requisitions across technical, manufacturing, operations, commercial, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, conducting screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, advising hiring managers, managing pipelines, and supporting offers through closeout. The recruiter works independently in a fully remote, high-volume environment while following established processes and maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder communication.
